We have a big stock warehouse of the reselled products to guarantee a fast delivery time, a pressure calibrator used to certificates the pressure measuring instruments. Gear couplings/Elastic couplings

The full-flex gear couplings manufactured by MAINA S.p.A. are employed to mechanically connect two rotating shaft which have to transmit a torque, in a torsionally rigid way. The torque is transmitted from hub to sleeve and viceversa, by the working gear teeth and between the connecting flanges of the two hubs by calibrated bolts.
The gear couplings are flexible to compensate the misalignment of the shafts to be connected, this is possible by engaging outer spherical teeth with inner cylindrical ones, both having proper tangential clearance. The standard gear coupling are manufactured in AISI 1045, and upon request, is possible to have also nitroxidation treatment. We keep the gear coupling ready in our warehouse, so we can deliver in few days and at a very competitive prices.
Gear coupling line: GO-A, GO-AMM, GO-FA, GO-FAM.

The gear couplings series GO-A are complete with tubular spacer manufactured in the same material of the gear coupling and are employed to transmit a torque when there is distance between the two shafts; are available with Ls from 107mm. up to Ls > 2500mm. Is also possible to perform dynamic balancing, for rotations above 400 rpm. We always suggest dynamic balancing also on tubular spacers having length above 600mm.

The gear couplings for hoist system series GTS are employed in the raising plants, cranes, hoists etc. Due to their strong execution they can guarantee a high safety to the hoist plants and respect to all the relevant normatives, further to guarantee a longer working life during the years, compared to the competitors models.

The couplings FEMA-TYRE are used where it is required to recover a high angular misalignment is one of the most interesting characteristics of couplings FEMA-TYRE is the easy way in which fastens the elastic part. The tire is mounted on the hubs and fastened by means of Crown (2) and screws. There is no need for perfect adjustment of the unit you are connecting and can easily overlook the small movements of their axles. Can be supplied with ATEX certificate.
Flexible gear line: FT, FT-DVA.

Protection structure for “twirling”, torsion, impact and abrasion. Easy to replace and maintaine, no need for oil or grease, it is simple to replace without separation of the motor shafts or connector on the related line, thanks to its simple structure. There is a possibility for different connection and assembly with the same hub. With elastic element in polyurethane for the excellent chemical resistance. Maximum elasticity in running and with low noise.
Elastic coupling line: HS, HT.

FEMAFLEX couplings are flexible couplings couplings with insert in polyurethane axially split to be replaceable without requiring the disassembly of the hubs. The couplings are also available with conics fitting bushings and spacer. Maximum transmittable power is of 40.000 Nm in continuous with allowing shafts with a maximum diameter of 210mm.

Hydraulic motors

FEMA is the supplier of low speed / high torque orbital motors. We offer various solutions, applications and types of motors adapted to your requirements. The displacements are variable between 50 cc/rev to 800 cc/rev. The speed range varies from 1380 rpm for the smallest motors to 300 rpm for the bigger types. The maximum operating torques are variable between 9,3daNm and 182daNm.
Our motors are interchangeables with motors supplied by best known manufacturers. We offer the best price/performance ratios on the market and have short delivery supplies from stock.
Orbital Hydraulic Motor line: MM, MP, MR, MS, MT e MV.

In addiction to the hydraulic motors FEMA offers a wide range of axial piston motors in alternative to the most common brand. The series starts from a displacement of 12cm³ up to a130cm³.

Axial Piston Motor line: M-ISO.

Made up by 2 relief valves with crossed tank, this valve is used to block pressure to a certain setting in the 2 ports of an actuator/hydraulic motor.
It’s ideal to provide protection against sudden shock pressures and to adjust different pressures in the 2 ports of an hydraulic circuit as well. Direct flange is ideal for Danfoss motors type MS, MP & MR, MT & MV and provides a maximum safety, very low pressure drops and solid installation.
Gear boxes

These wheel reduction gears cover the ranges from 100 up to 3600 daNm. They are especially studied for the movement of the tracked vehicles, (tractors, excavators, drilling machines etc.) where is required a stationary hydraulic brake, negative type. They further offer also compact coupling solutions with axial piston motors and with semi-integrated orbital motors.

This planetary reduction gears line is the main production line with wide choice of reduction ratios and output torques. They have several output option such as male shaft or female shafts splined type and with input conical torque and several rotation supports. Infinite modular possibilities allows infi nite solutions on all the machines in the different industry sectors.

These hydraulic brakes, negative type, are very important in applications where is required, for safety reasons, an emergency brake: self-propelled cranes, machines for road construction, winches, etc. They are available in a modular version for application on reduction gears and a direct version for application on hydraulic orbital motors.

Measuring Instruments

WINTERS Instruments production line covers all the ranges from 2,5 mbar up to 4000 bar, all the case diameters from 40 mm up to 250 mm, and all the accuracy classes from 0,2% up to 2,5%.
All pressure gauges are manufactured according to the European normative EN 837 and the EC directives, and, upon request, also according ATEX and GOST. Are available material certificates according EN 10204-3.1, NACE MR. 01-75 (ISO 15156) and individual calibration reports.
Wetted parts, in contact with process fluid, are available in brass/bronze, AISI 316 or Monel 400.
Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge line:
- BPG 10 brass/bronze internals, for heavy applications;
- BPG 18 all stainless steel, for process industry;
- BPG 20 all stainless steel, for process industry, safety pattern, solid front;
- BPG 9-18 all stainless steel, capsule sensing element for low pressures;
- BPG 30-18 all stainless steel, with built in electric contacts, liquid fillable.

Differential Pressure gauges Piston Type: Suitable for liquids and high pressures, a spring loaded piston/magnet sensor is magnetically coupled to a pointer to indicate a pressure difference. Sensing element is completely separated from the indicator, switches, relay or transmitter. A high pressure rated housing is machined from single block making them a natural for high pressure applications. Select from the widest variety of materials and configurations in the industry. Available also with glycerine filling to avoid vibrations.
Differential Pressure gauges Diaphragm Type: With diaphragm sensing element are suitable for air or gaseous fluids. Built on a design similar to the piston units, but with a diaphragm that replaces the piston and separate the high-low pressure ports, without any by-pass. A variety of different diaphragm designs are available for all applications and ranges, further to a wide choice of materials, also according NACE.
Differential Pressure gauges line:
- 1201_ for measures from 0-300 mbar up to 0-10 bar dP;
- 1203_ With Nema-4X enclosure for switches or transmitters;
- 1301_ For measures up to 70 bar dP;
- 1502_ Rolling diaphragm for measures up to 20 bar dp;
- 1516_ Low measures dp (0-100 mbar), high static (100 bar);
- 1518_ For compound dP measures;
- 1831_ Very low measures dP 0-125mmH2O up to 0-0,5 bar.

A wide range of flow rates can be measured with our variable area flowmeters. The sensor, a magnet/Delrin® cone, rests in a precision orifice and is deflected by fluid flow. As flow increase, the pointer that is magnetically coupled to the sensor, indicate the flow rate on an easy to read dial.
For measures from 4 LPM up to 110 LPM for liquids and from 3 Nm3/hr up to 150 Nm3/hr for gases. Flowmeters are available in different versions: only local indicator, or with switches, or with 4-20mA transmitter.
Flowmeters line:
- 2020 Low cost flowmeter with high sensitivity;
- 2220 Easy to read linear scale, high pressures up to 350 bar;
- 2320 1/2” ports allow higher flowrates, up to 40 LPM;
- 2420 From 0-40 LPM up to 0-110 LPM with static up to 100 barg (1”pressure ports).

Winters Instruments thermometers are mainly divided in bimetallic and inert gas types, covers all the ranges from -80°C up to + 650°C and are available, for local mounting, with low or centre back fixed, stem and every angle stem and, for distance installation, with lower or back capillary, with flanges for surface or panel mounting.
The rotating and sliding connection, supplied as standard, give high flexibility and easy mounting and is suitable to several immersion lengths.
Thermometers line:
- TG18_inert gas, local or distance mounting;
- TB 18_bimetallic, local mounting.

Thermowells are used for mechanical and corrosion protection of sensing element of bimetal and inert gas thermometers, thermocouples and thermoresistances.
They are manufactured, as standard, in AISI 316 L, starting from pipe PN 25 up to bar stock PN 400, with process connections threaded or flanged, and they are also available a wide choice of special materials like Duplex, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, Titanium etc.

Available from bar stock or forged, from one way up to five ways, special executions for high temperatures and/or high pressures, standard in AISI 316 or special materials as Duplex, Monel, Hastelloy C, etc.

The pressure transmitters series P-250 join a high level of performances with a very competitive price. They are availables with output 4/20mA or 0/5V. The wetted parts in AISI 316 and the ceramic sensing element makes them compatibles with a wide choice of process fluids. Are also availables o-rings in exotic materials for special applications.
